| Dextinsur was founded in 1977 in Cádiz and it is exclusively specialised in supply, installation and maintenance Fire detection and firefighting system; Co detection and extraction system; Passive fire protection; Firefighting systems, equipments, and portable fire extinguisher maintenance; Industry and Navy hydrostatic test; Breathing air cylinders refilling; B.A, escape sets and lifejacket inspection...etc.; Carbon dioxide; Liferafts inspection; Lifeboat, davits and cranes inspection; Welding and industrial gases and Gas detection portable equipments inspection and calibration.
Our 30 years of experience and a high number of clients guarantee all our services, which are also certified by Spanish Industry Minister and USA Maritime local authority; besides they are approved by Germanisher Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau, Registro Italiano Navale, Lloyd´s Register and Local Maritime Authority. The Quality System UNE-EN-ISO 9001/2000 has also certified our company since 1997 by DET NORSKE VERITAS as well as the environmental system norm UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 by BVQi society. Our human resources amounts to 30 employees under 3 engineers´ supervision. All our technician are highly qualified to carry out their duties, due to their wide and constant training and experience, and all our records are update to show those skills. Physically we have a 3000m2 workshop available on 4500m2 of surface, nine industrial vehicles (vans) a crane lorry and a wide range of machines and tools. About our geographic location, please let us draw your attention to the fact that we are about 10 kms away from Puerto Real, San Fernando, Rota and Cádiz shipyards and ports; 100 kms from Sevilla, Gibraltar and Algeciras ports; and not far from Huelva and Málaga. Although our company develops its activity both in Naval and Industrial Sector, but specially in the first one we have developed a high presence together with our Norwegian multinational represented. |
And this is the reason why we could not contact you before due to our contract as a service station with this company, that is going to cancel after 18 years of cooperation. As an example we have made inspection, mountings and commissioning for 228 vessels of all flags throughout last year. We have also our own workshop for the inspection and maintenance of breathing apparatus as our staff has attended training courses for NEMROD, SABRE, MSA, INTERSPIRO, DRAGËR and VISPRO. At the same time, our liferats workshop has approval from SUMITOMO, FUJIKURA, MITSUBISHI, CSM, YOULONG LIFERAFTS and NINGBO JIANGDONG and it is even provided with a 5 tons crane to test the liferafts. Nowadays, we are expanding our services with the inspection and maintenances of lifeboats and davits. Currently we are certified by WUXI HAI HONG BOAT, NORSAFE, VANGUARD COMPOSITE, HYUNDAI, MONTMONTAZA GREBEN, JIANGYINSHI BEIHAI, DONGNAM MARINE CRANE, ORIENTAL INSPECTION & SERVICE, QINGDAO BEIHAI, ACTA A/S, ZHENJIANG MARINE AUXILIARY MACHINERY WORKS, TECNIMPIANTI, HOEI SENPAKU, NISHI-F CO, IHI MARINE UNITED INC, TSUJI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, ARIM ENG.& MACHINERY, BALDEN DENIZCILIK, YÜKSEL MAKINA, JIANGYIN WOLONG and WEST MARINE and we are in process to extend our certificates with the different Class Entities.
